Thanh Pham has been an OmniFocus user since it was first released in 2008.
He arrived at OmniFocus after years of experimenting with different types of task management systems - Getting Things Done implementations, pen and paper organizers, using Remember the Milk, Things, or trying to run everything with just his email inbox and calendar. He jokingly calls his years of experimentation the "dark ages" of task management, where there was always one small feature missing from his setup that made it all that much more time intensive.
Thanh developed Asian Efficiency's system of using OmniFocus when he realized that it was the task manager he absolutely had to use, but that there were no quality training materials available for it. He spent a period of 2 years at Asian Efficiency sharing ideas, tips and discussions over screencasts and Skype calls with friends, co-workers and readers, developing a field-tested system of rules and principles that makes OmniFocus just work. The resulting system (used by thousands of people all over the globe) is called OmniFocus Premium Posts.
Thanh Pham is also an internationally-recognized blogger, speaker and authority in the areas of personal productivity and time management.

Zachary Sexton gets up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time... sometimes this makes planning the day difficult.
He overcame his day-to-week-to-month-to well… life planning difficulty and the anxiety that came with it when he was introduced to David Allen’s Getting Things Done in early 2013. Integrating GTD and other systems into his life, lead to a number of small successes.
"I got my oil changed on time. I returned all of my emails. I zeroed my inbox..."
Those small actions started to pile up in his personal and work life, giving him the confidence to take on bigger projects without fear that they would not be completed.
After successfully starting his own small business productivity consulting firm in Denver, CO, he joined the international Asian Efficiency team to help bring the message of stress-free productivity to a global audience.
"I believe everybody should have the opportunity to feel in control of their lives. The reason I am so excited to share the ideas and tools I have learned is because I know how big of difference it can make in your life."
Zachary recognizes the value that properly used technology can bring to individual and team workflows. He is thrilled to be helping Asian Efficiency bring its core purpose - to make the world a better and more efficient place - to people across the world.

We invite you to learn more about Asian Efficiency and join our community.
We set new standards and paradigms for the way things are done.
We like to take things apart at all levels - from the smallest tasks or actions, to high-level systemic principles, we are always looking to find ways to do things better, faster and more efficiently...without any stress.
Not just for Asians.
The foundational ideas and principles behind "Asian" Efficiency started as a joke to explain the speed and quality of work that Asian Efficiency's original all-Asian produced. Over time, we've become quite multicultural and have become a brand synonymous with productivity and a mission of teaching others to do the same - to push the limits of human performance.
